Profile Submission Guidelines

Basic Listings in the Voice Talent Directory.

We have two different types of listings in our talent directory:

• Basic listings - which are free and display your logo, (1) audio demo and your studio capabilities.
• Enhanced Listings - which have annual fees associated with them and display your studio capabilities, your logo, video demos, audio demos, direct contact information, bios, website URL, and exclusive profile information. Enhanced listings also have access to other studio and web related resources.

For a basic directory listing or an enhanced listing, you have to register with, and be accepted into our online voice over talent database. If you wish to be listed in this directory, you must first register with the voice talent directory and upon approval, enter your information into the database. The database entry system has been in place for well over a year now and is very easy to navigate. Once your registration is approved the rest is pretty much on auto-pilot.

Second, you must know and understand that submission to the database or directory is not a guarantee of your inclusion. We do not accept all demo submissions into the directory and we only offer enhanced profiles to directory members. You can't simply buy your way into an enhanced profile. Your best bet is to submit for inclusion in the directory first and if accepted, consider an enhanced listing.

If you submit your registration for a basic listing and are not approved within (5) business days, chances are your registration submission was denied, won't ever be approved, or will not be approved until changes are made to your voice over package. If you are submitting your registration information with the intent of purchasing an enhanced directory listing, please notify us accordingly in an email after your submission and we will expedite the process of reviewing your registration submission.

If you have been in voice over for a while, are on your game, have a personal voice over web site, demos, a home studio and like to participate in online voice over projects, then you're the type of talent who should submit for inclusion in our online talent directory.
